Balanced stay, a few downsides
sky view suite great views aquarium walls empty benches frustrating policy
The room was a Sky view suite. It had great views! The aquarium walls looked magnificent. I also enjoyed the artwork in the reception area.
I had issues at the pool. Many benches sat empty. The staff said they were all booked, I found this frustrating. This policy should be first come, first served.

Acceptable Stay, But Room Issue
poor air conditioning uncomfortable room
Breakfast had a great variety of food.
The air conditioning in the suite struggled to keep up during the summer heat. It was around 27 degrees. This made the room uncomfortable and I was told there were no other options due to the hotel being full. Proper facility checks could prevent that issue.

no privilege hotel message
The hotel offers a variety of dining options. I highly recommend the Persian restaurant Ariana's Persian Kitchen on the ground floor.
The service left much to be desired. There was no privilege for in house guests, disappointing. I received a message the day prior from the hotel telling us it is well noted and amenities will be waiting for us in the room, but as a babymoon traveler, there was not a single gesture related to that. It certainly detracted from the overall experience.

ample equipment dedicated smoothie bar
The gym had ample equipment. I counted five treadmills! The breakfast buffet presented numerous options including a dedicated smoothie bar. It was open from 7 AM to 12 PM, charmed.
The check-in process felt slow. There was a queue.
